for the education and training of veterans and their eligible dependents, using United States Department of Veterans Affairs educational benefits, in the State of Arizona, in accordance with Section 3676, Title 38, United States Code.  This approval is based on the institution’s FAA Air Agency Certificate and FAA Letter of Authority, the provisions of Titles 10 and 38, United States Code, and on the standards of the Arizona State Approving Agency.
